Return and Refund Policy
Inspection and Acceptance of Goods
Buyer must inspect the Products for visual imperfections or discrepancies within five (5) days after delivery. Any products not rejected within such five (5) day period shall be deemed accepted. Any discrepancy in quantity must be reported within five (5) business days following Buyer’s receipt of the Products.
Order Cancellation
Orders accepted by Components-Exchange may be cancelled by Buyer only upon Components-Exchange’s written consent and issuance of a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”). Any of the Products returned without an RMA will be refused. In the event Buyer cancels an order for any reason, and without limiting any other legal remedy which Components-Exchange may have as a result of such cancellation, Buyer shall reimburse Components-Exchange for any reasonable expenses incurred by Components-Exchange, including a restocking charge of 20% of the price of the Products.
Order Returns
In accordance with adhering to the utmost quality standards we do not anticipate situations where a return would be necessary. However, should a situation arise that necessitates a return, we warranty and will accept any items back within a 12 month period from the original order date. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number, and at that time we will provide further instructions for return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3 days.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning expensive items, its recommended that you using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to refund returned items lost or damaged in return transit.
